I decided to participate in the Sketch and Stash Challenge this week since I had some extra time! Nothing too fancy but here's what I got:

Mojo Monday #106

Hello all! I finally had some time to do more challenges! I noticed it helps me to become more motivated to do a card, unfortunately! Mostly because I'm having a hard time thinking of my own layouts! I love doing the Mojo Monday Challenges!I ended up using purple again for this challenge but I still like it!

Mojo Monday Challenge #105

Hello! Well, I tried my best to do this Mojo Monday Challenge. It was a little hard for me because I usually don't use circles like this in my cards but it was something different. Maybe I will try it again so I can get better! Here's what I came up with! TFL!

Sample Halloween Card

2 posts in one day! I think this is the first Halloween card I've ever made! Plus I finally saw something cute! :) This is a new Halloween digi stamp from Soft Pencil! The bats are new stamps as well! There are more designs so you should check it out! I tried my best to do the "Sketch Saturday" challenge! Here's what I came up with! TFL!

September OCS I Received

This is my 2nd time participating in Teri's OCS and I'm enjoying it more and more! I love seeing the different techniques that are out there! I feel bad because I'm still trying to get better in the process and mine is not as good as theirs! :( Here is the card I received from my partner this month, Gail, from San Francisco! It's awesome!

September OCS

Finally got around to making a card...I almost forgot about this month's OCS since I just got back from my trip! I still made the deadline! :) I used this cute Magnolia stamp that I received from Denise! Thanks! I really gotta start making more cards and more often! I'm slacking! :( I thought I was happy with the card and realized it looks plain still! Before I send it I might add more embellishments!

Anyways, TFL! Have a great weekend!

Iris Folding Cards

Hello! Sorry, I don't have a stamped card today! I have been MIA for 2 weeks because I just came back from Disney World in Florida! It was such a super tiring trip back because I had to take 3 flights! Anyways, glad to be home! I haven't made a card in awhile but just wanted to share another type of card I learned how to make awhile back. I thought the Iris Folding Cards were pretty interesting. They were made by a lady in Europe, I believe, in which you make the shape by using color coordinated strips of folded paper that are taped into place over a pattern and creating a spiralling design that resembles the iris of an eye or camera and the middle is supposed to represent an iris of an eye or camera. It may look hard, but really simple...just takes some time to cut the strips of paper! Here's a few that I made! TFL!

*Sorry my pix don't come out too well...I'm still learning more html.
